Plancess Edusolutions Pvt. Ltd (Plancess) aims at providing the best quality of study material to
customers. However, the customers are requested to kindly check the DVD(s) and its contents
immediately on receipt of the same. In case, if any customer claims any defects in the DVD(s) received by them, Plancess will replace them within 15 days after it receives defective DVD(s) and a notification mail at email@example.com mentioning the issues. The time period for claiming the replacement is detailed below.
For Special Packages Customers:
1) Upto 3 months from the date of first delivery of Special Package: Replacement for Defective DVD(s) shall be at Free of cost.
2) Beyond 3 months but within the period of 6 months from the date of date of first delivery of Special Package: Replacement for Defective DVD(s) shall be done at the cost of 25% of the non-discounted price of the respective DVD(s).
3) Beyond 6 months but within the period of 12 months from the date of date of first delivery of Special Package: Replacement for Defective DVD(s) shall be done at the cost of 50% of the non- discounted price of the respective DVD(s).
4) Beyond 12 months: No replacement shall be permitted.
For Non-Special Packages Customers: Replacement of the DVD(s) shall be permitted for the period of 15 (fifteen) days from date of first delivery of DVD(s) at free of cost. Thereafter no replacement request shall be entertained.
Claims mentioned in the following points will be considered relevant and acted upon under this policy:
1) If you receive a package that is open or looks to have been tampered with, do not accept it. Contact Plancess @ +918652202939 and we will have the issue quickly resolved.
2) Scratches on DVD(s) are considered to be physical damage and are not covered under this policy.
3) If there are any discrepancies in the product specifications.
4) If there is no audio in any section of DVD or there are any issues with any video section.
Please note that the replacement as per above shall be done subject to the verification of validity of the replacement claim by Plancess. If the DVDs are found to be proper then no replacement shall be permitted. The assessment of Plancess shall be final and binding in this regard. Plancess shall arrange to send the original DVD(s) back if the same are found to be non-defective. In such an event, the cost of postage/courier shall have to be borne by the customer.
Your DVD(s) will only be dispatched after the entire payment is processed by Plancess. Orders will not be cancelled after Plancess processes the payment. Intimation about cancellation to be made by the customers within 2 hours from the time the order is placed. Any cancellation request given later on shall be entertained at the sole discretion of Plancess and may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the value of order. Further no cancellation shall be permitted once the DVD(s) has already been couriered by Plancess. The Cancellation request has to be sent by email to citing the order number and reasons for cancellation.
The refund upon cancellation of the order, as per the cancellation policy shall be processed and sent to the customer within a period of 21 days of submission of the request for cancellation. In case there is any duplicate/excess payment processed for any particular order, then the same shall be refunded back upon verification of the details and the request from the customer, within a period of 21 days from the date of receipt of the request from the customer.
Duplication of these DVD(s) is considered to be act of infringement and anyone found involved in such immoral practices will face a lawsuit filed by Plancess.
