The answer key for JEE Main 2017 Paper I has been released by jeemain.nic.in. The unit of the Central Board of Secondary Education that conducts the Joint Entrance Exam published the answers and has asked students to log in, check the answers and raise objections to an answer.
The candidates can check the answer and raise their objections till April 22nd.
To find the answer key, the candidate needs to enter the application number, date of birth and the security pin (captcha).
The scanned images of the OMR sheets filled by the students who appeared for the pen-paper mode exam on April 2, has also been uploaded. A student can challenge the recorded responses if they differ from those they had marked on the OMR sheet.
For those who appeared for the online mode of the exam on April 8th and 9th have already received the question papers and their marked answers on their registered mail id.
However, candidates from both the exam modes can challenge the answers.
This objection can be raised online. The candidate needs to submit a fee of Rs. 1000 per recorded/per question challenged through credit/debit card, Paytm or SBI Buddy by 11:59 P.M. 22nd April. If the raised issue is considered by the board then the amount will be refunded to the candidate and changes will be made accordingly.
The results for JEE Main 2017 is scheduled to release on April 27th and JEE Advanced will be held on May 21st.
