After you place an order, we provide you with the tracking number and website, using which you can track your order and know the status of the same.

After confirmation of the order, we dispatch the package within 24 hours and it reaches you within 3-7 business days based on your location.Though we do not take any responsibility for delays caused due to bad weather, flight delays and other unforeseen circumstances.

If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount.

If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact our Customer Care to inform them of the same. In case of prepaid orders Refunds will be processed as per our Return policies.
